Greetings Everyone!!!
The time has finally arrived; Covid-19 restrictions are lifted! We are open and introducing more of our services. We still want everyone to feel and be safe in regards to COVID-19 when visiting us for a service. Please know that the wellness and safety of our clients is our number one concern, so we are continuing to implement the following procedures to protect the health and well-being of our guests and team members.
❖ Stringent disinfection procedures are followed between every client. Please be rest assured that this happens under normal circumstances, but we are taking additional safety measures. All team members have taken additional training and received certification in spa sanitation with a focus on COVID-19 precautions.
❖ Guests are no longer required to wait in their vehicle and can enter the center freely for services. Temperature checking is no longer required; however, be reminded that if you are having any COVID-19 signs and symptoms you should stay home and contact your health care provider.
❖Upon entering the wellness center we ask that you sign a Covid-19 Precautionary release form. This simply states that you are symptom-free.
❖ No children, family, or friends will be allowed during your appointment unless they are needed to provide assistance.
❖ Guests are no longer required to wear a mask in the building unless you choose too. All team members will be happy to wear a mask throughout your visit if asked to do so.
❖ Sanitizer is provided throughout the wellness center, there is hand sanitizer available for both guests and team members.
❖ We are starting to provide full services but still accommodating extra time in between guest services to sanitize equipment. Online booking is open or feel free to contact us to set up an appointment!
❖ We kindly ask guests not to limit time in the lobby or treatment rooms before or after your service. Though we love to visit and want to catch up with you, we have protocols for sanitation and preparations to be made for the next guest that take additional time.
We have been working to contact clients who have had to miss appointments during the quarantine. If you have not been contacted yet or are ready to set up an appointment, please call our office at 517-306-0044 and we will get you in as quickly as possible!
