Himalayan Hot Salt Stone Massage
The wisdom of hot stone therapy has been drawn from the healers of many ancient cultures to elicit physical healing, mental relaxation, and spiritual connection to the earth’s energy. Himalayan hot salt stones are used as part of your massage, placed on the body, and help with specific trigger point work. A hot stone massage creates a sense of warmth and comfort helping to melt away muscle tension and break up adhesions, allowing a deeper sense of release within the body.
Reflexology Massage
Heaven for your feet but therapeutic for your body and soul. Reflexology involves applying acupressure principles to reflex areas of the feet. These areas correspond to other parts of the body to stimulate self-healing, balance, improved physical function. This is also beneficial for those suffering from painful foot disorders such as plantar fasciitis and tendonitis.
Prenatal Massage
This session is a wonderful way to relax, increase your energy, and relieve discomfort during pregnancy. We begin by discussing of your medical history and present condition to determine your needs and if a medical release is needed. One and a half to two-hour sessions are recommended for those in their second and third trimesters. Massage during the first trimester is discouraged.
